Common Questions

What does BMA Law actually do?
BMA Law is a case-preparation service. We help you organize your evidence, draft your filing packet, and identify the right arbitration forum (AAA, JAMS, etc.) for your dispute. We do not provide legal advice, represent you at arbitration, or render decisions on your case. The plans are Starter ($199/month), Pro ($399/month), and Agency ($999/month) — all cancel anytime, no contract.
How do I get started?
Visit the Services page, pick the plan that fits your situation, and complete checkout. Once your subscription is active, you’ll get access to the intake tooling immediately and can begin organizing your case packet.
What’s the difference between mediation and arbitration?
Mediation is a facilitated negotiation in which a neutral third party helps the disputing parties reach a mutually-agreeable solution — nothing is binding unless both sides sign off. Arbitration is more formal: a neutral arbitrator reviews evidence and renders a binding decision under the Federal Arbitration Act. We help you prepare for arbitration filings step by step; we don’t conduct mediation or arbitration ourselves.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Email [email protected] with your account and the plan you want, and we’ll prorate the difference.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions are cancel-anytime, no contract. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle and are not charged again. For specific billing questions, email [email protected].
How long does the process take?
Arbitration timelines vary by forum and case complexity. Many consumer disputes resolve in a few months, which is typically shorter than court litigation. Your specific timeline depends on your contract’s arbitration clause and the forum’s current docket. See how the process works. We don’t guarantee any particular timeline or outcome.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Case details and uploaded documents are stored privately and accessed only by the team supporting your subscription. We don’t share your information with third parties. Arbitration itself is a private process — no public court records.
Do you handle international disputes?
We provide case-preparation help for arbitration matters filed in U.S. forums (AAA, JAMS, NAM). Non-U.S. forums and cross-border disputes have their own procedural rules and may require local counsel; we can’t help with case preparation for those.
What arbitration forums do you support?
We prepare case packets for the major U.S. consumer-arbitration forums — AAA (American Arbitration Association), JAMS, and NAM. Which forum applies to you depends on the arbitration clause in your contract. We help you identify the right forum and follow its filing requirements.
Do I need a lawyer to work with BMA?
No. BMA is built for self-represented claimants. Arbitration forums explicitly allow individuals to file and present their own cases. We provide the structured documentation and templates; you stay in control. If your matter is complex or high-stakes, you can always consult a licensed attorney — we won’t compete with that decision.
Can I see a sample case packet before signing up?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we’ll send a redacted sample for the dispute type closest to yours (employment, insurance, contractor, etc.) so you can see what you’d be putting together.
What if my contract doesn’t have an arbitration clause?
Arbitration usually requires that both parties have agreed to it — most often through a clause in your original contract. If there is no arbitration clause, your dispute may need to go through small-claims court, civil court, or a different process. BMA’s case-preparation service is built specifically for filings in arbitration forums, so we may not be the right fit if no clause applies. Consult a licensed attorney to determine your options.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), and direct bank transfers via PayPal Direct.
How do I submit a GDPR or privacy request?
Email [email protected] with your full name and the nature of your request (export, deletion, correction, etc.). We respond within 30 days as required by regulation.

BMA Law provides dispute-documentation and arbitration-preparation services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions.

Our services involve organizing your information and documents into structured formats suitable for arbitration filings. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
