Real estate transactional practice is a central focus of our firm, and includes representation of commercial and residential sellers, purchasers, and lenders. Our firm also regularly assists real estate lenders in resolving issues related to troubled real estate loans, including conducting judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, and workout agreements. This representation also includes pursuing creditor's rights in the bankruptcy court on issues such as relief from stay, confirmation hearings, claim disputes and objections to discharge.
