Family, Recreation, and Preservation of the West

Family
My wife, Becky, and I were married in 1977. We have been blessed with three children and, so far, two grandchildren. We live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Conifer, Colorado, where I spend as much time as possible playing at home with my family and horses.

Recreation
As an avid scuba diver, my goal is to dive in all the best dive locations in the world. As a horse owner and lover, I frequently enjoy Colorado from horseback. (This includes my part time job as the senior manure management engineer at our home barn!)

As a true outdoor enthusiast, I especially enjoy hiking, fishing, bow hunting, pheasant hunting, snowboarding, scuba diving, caving and dirt bike riding. There seems to be an endless number of ways to enjoy our fabulous Earth.

I am dedicated to the preservation of the West. Fascinated with Western history, I am an active member of the National Western Stock Show Association. The Association's largest project each year is Denver's National Western Stock Show which includes stock competition, horse competition, rodeos and more, with competitors from all over the world.
