Commercial Litigation

Litigation comprises a substantial portion of our firm's practice. Our trial lawyers are experienced advocates who regularly represent clients in federal, state, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. Our firm is always aware of the need to resolve litigation in the most cost-effective way possible, and often employs alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration where feasible. Our firm often represents banks, mortgage companies and other financial institutions in asserting creditors' rights, including suits involving promissory note collections, defense of lender liability, bankruptcy, fraudulent transfers, Uniform Commercial Code and landlord-tenant matters.
